We had some Incidents and last minute changes Neil (broker) & Tom (cust Serv) went over and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. As a New dealer we were very skeptical about this movement in between states but Neil with his expertise we over an beyond. Driver arrived earlier than pick up date and loaded all our cars during a snow storm.. Drop off date was supposed to be Friday but Driver was in town a day before. We transported a total of 9 cars and they all arrived in perfect condition, although we had some flat tires and dead batteries (Guillermo the driver) waited, worked around all the circumstances and delivered all the cars gaining all 5 starts.. The final amount to pay was exactly as it was quoted and talked about in the initial contract. No surprises here.. Yes I will use them again for further transports
