My experience with Auto Shipping Group, Inc. was outstanding and well exceeded my expectations.

Lance Staab was just a wonderful representative of the company. He was kind and easy to talk to. He helped to educate me about this new experience of shipping an auto across the country. Unlike many other companies, Auto Shipping Group does not charge your deposit until your vehicle is on the truck. Lance, also, educated me in that the cheapest price doesn't always attract a carrier to pick up your car right away. I needed to get my car to LA sooner rather than later. Lance genuinely seemed to want to assist me and that he did. Lance spoke to me on the phone and by emails. He answered all my questions and corresponded in a timely manner. Lance offered me a lesser price to ship my car, but said that if I was willing to pay more a carrier would be willing to take my car sooner. To find a company that offers the cheapest price might not fit one's needs. I chose to pay a little more.

In a couple of days Lance found me a carrier. My carrier contact was Bobby. He called me to arrange a day and time. Bobby called me the night before pickup and he called me from the road. Two very nice men with smiles greeted me and they quickly checked over my car. I signed the paper and my car was off within a half an hour. My car left Columbus,Ohio on Friday afternoon and arrived across the country in Los Angeles, to the front door of the house by Monday afternoon, one day ahead of schedule! The car was in perfect condition.

I would also like to comment that one of the cars on the truck was a brand new Corvette, which was probably being sent by a dealer because it didn't even have license plates on it and there was another beautiful new car. I knew my car was in good hands. I highly recommend Lance Staab and Auto Shipping Group, Inc. Thank you for such a positive experience.
