Was trying to ship a car from california to upper state NY around christmas and new year. The timing made it difficult for everyone. Jeff was broker and he was helpful in general. There was poor communication, however, that I really have to push him to do that job. Phone call is the most efficient way, he never replies emails. Initial price was okay, but then we had to raise $200 to attract truckers, which I expected. Total price was $1295.
ATA transporters was a good trucking company. Friendly driver and fast delivery (1 day earlier than expected, which can be good or bad) and there was no damage to the car.
