My pickup date was set 7 days after my first available pickup date. It was delayed an additional day due to a blizzard on the 27th of January, 2015. I received my vehicle faster than I anticipated after pickup- arriving in just 6 days when the estimated time would be 8 days to ship from Massachusetts to California. I was very pleased with that. The carrier contacted me a day before delivery to give me a delivery window and then 30 minutes before delivery to ensure I would be available. My car arrived safely and without damage. Overall my experience was stress-free and easy. Matt was great, very attentive, and took care of all my concerns. I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct.
