I contacted Montway Auto Transport after broken promises made by another cheaper transport company, Vantage Auto Movers. I've never dealt with such horrible, lying people and I was worried sick about finding a reliable company to transport my car across country. Thankfully, Montway Auto Transport was nothing but wonderful the entire process. My dad, who deals with truckers on a daily basis and is in the transportation industry, raved about how impressed he was with our driver Ed who picked up our car. My dad has been in the industry his entire life and is not one to throw out compliments easy, so I felt at ease knowing he completely trusted them and did worry one bit about my car making it across country safely. During the entire process, they were very friendly, helpful, and continually checked in to let us know when they would pick up the car and drop it off. They also delivered my car in the time frame promised. I couldn't have asked for a better company or easy-going process as what Montway Auto Transport provided me with. I would have no problem highly recommending this company to anyone who is worried about shipping their car. With all of that said, my advice to anyone who is quoted or promised low rates to ship your car across country, don't do it. That is what happened to me and I would have rather paid double the price of what I did then have to go through that BS again.
