I had absolutely no idea how this whole process worked before - I was a bit apprehensive toward the whole process because I couldn't be present at the pickup or drop off and there are SO MANY transportation companies. I researched and called several auto shipping companies before I finally decided on this company. Tige (pronounced Ty) answered my call and was professional and honest. With the other companies I was treated very very well but later found out that they were simply telling me what I wanted to hear so they could get my business. Tige explained how the whole process worked, what he could control, and addressed any other concerns/questions I had. The pick up date and drop off date didn't work out exactly how I wanted, but Tige did what he could while communicating with me through every change and step. I got in contact with the driver and he was able to drop off our vehicle at a different location last minute because it was Christmas eve and our plans had changed- so wonderful of him. 4.75 stars is my overall rating because everything was perfect except that the date I was guaranteed for pick up changed last minute and I had to scramble a bit to find a person to give my car to the transporter. Tige was very apologetic at the mistake/miscommunication and it ended up working out fine because they were so flexible and willing to work around my situation. All over great company and would recommend them to any friend in need of this service!
