I had no problem with this company except that shipped my car right before christmas with all my son's christmas presents inside the vehicle and ws promised the car would arrive in Edmonton from Toronto Well before christmas. The truck "broke down". and it was so nerve wrecking because it took days for it to get back up on the road. The car was dropped off on December 9th and was picked up by driver on December 16th. (week later) My car arrived in Edmonton on December 24th. Overall it was an ok service, my car came bk dirty but nothing that couldn't be washed off and no scratches. The total cost was $1400 which was steep in my opinion however all the other transport companies were offering the same thing and MVS had the better reputation from the horror stories i have read. I packed my car with my personal belongings and nothing was missing so that aspect was great. Christina's communication back and forth was great, she responds to emails right away. I did not receive any updates on my car until i messaged Christina regarding the car being late the only time i was contacted was to let me know my car had arrived. Bottom line...Ok service and i would use this company again.
