After previously shipping a car and having a poor experience I was reluctant to ship a car again, but needed to do so. I spoke with Danielle Heagy in great length about concerns and in great length about the process. She was very thorough in explaining the process and assured me that this time would be different. I emailed her several times with questions and she was always prompt to respond. She was always professional and was great to communicate with.

The shipping company she contracted my car to was on-time and helpful as well. They gave me a 7-10 day delivery window but despite snowy weather called me at day 3 saying my car would be delivered the following morning. They were professional, personable, unloaded the closest they could to my physical address and were efficient. My car had no damage and all my items were in the exact way I left them in my trunk.

I will contact Danielle at Auto Shipping Group INC in the future and recommend the company to any one I know around the country who needs to ship their vehicles.
