I was a little worried at first about shipping my car across the country instead of driving it myself. After speaking to Tige with ASG, I was less worried. He explained the entire process to me and kept in contact with me as he was trying to set a carrier to transport my car.

The actual carrier/shipper, I have mixed reviews on. The original drivers who picked up my car were great. They were on time and communicated with me often about pick-up time and location. They had the car in California only after 2.5 days! However, they don't deliver the cars, they drop the cars off at a terminal where then it is delivered by a local driver. The dispatch center had called immediately to inquire about delivery as soon as the car had been dropped off. I was shocked how quickly it had arrived. We arranged a date for the car to be delivered, but approximately 24 hours prior to delivery they called and said they had to reschedule due to overbooking deliveries. I've heard this from people before where the car may arrive in the area quickly but you still might have to wait weeks before the car is actually delivered. After numerous conversations back and forth, I finally received my car as discussed for the original delivery date. I wish the dispatch center had as great customer service as the broker.

Overall, it ended up being a good situation for me. I was able to do more things surrounding my move from Virginia to California since I didn't have to take time off to drive my car myself. I would use ASG in the future if I needed to move my car a far distance again.
