NAST answered all questions clearly beforehand. After we selected a target pickup date about a week in the future NAST called and indicated a driver could pick up the car earlier if we preferred. We chose the early pick-up. The driver was right on time, very friendly and delivered the car when he said he would. I would use NAST again.
