Matt was excellent to work with! He was very communicative throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, we did not understand that the frequency of transports decrease during the holidays. We wanted to ship our vehicle right after New Years, which apparently was down time for most of the carriers. However, Matt explained the challenge and kept us apprised of the efforts taken to obtain a carrier and the anticipated pick up dates. Sometimes he contacted us several times a day to ensure that we were aware of the process. This type of communication helped to reduce our anxiety, since we had already purchased airplane tickets to Dallas.

Once Matt identified a carrier, Kyle made immediate contact with us. He was very personable and courteous. He took the time to explain all of the safeguards that were in place to ensure the safe delivery of our vehicle. He delivered the truck in the identified time period and the car was delivered in the same pristine condition as when it was picked up.

The experience with Matt and Kyle was exceptional - from the first phone call seeking information to the delivery of our vehicle. Based on this experience Ship a Car Direct would be the first company called if I need car transport services in the future!
