Bill was awesome, proactive, and attentive. Working directly with the owner ensures a high level of customer satisfaction as he is directly involved in his own success or failure. I noted the car as being dirty, but that is only because the truck had to drive through a snow storm to bring me my vehicle, otherwise, the transportation occurred very rapidly, without incident, and I'm left a satisfied customer.
