My contact did a great job of communicating what was going to happen, saying I would they would pick up the car Thursday to arrive by the weekend. I believe they picked up the car on Saturday, and delivered it Monday morning, so just a day late. They got it before a major storm hit that area. I first had the order placed with another carrier, who had quoted a cheaper price, but they never would dispatch a truck to pick it up, and I had waited a couple of weeks. These guys got right on it, and got the car picked up and delivered to my satisfaction.
The driver was great. He had notated on the bill of lading some scratches on the back rear bumper, and pointed them out to me. I would not have seen them when i received the car. This was not disclosed to me when I bought the car, and as a result, the seller/dealer picked up the cost of repairing and painting the bumper.
