Excellent - my first time transporting an automobile and it was far easier than expected and worth every penny. My transport request was accepted the same day as my submission and the vehicle was picked up from the auto dealer in Texas the following morning. The timing for pickup could not have been any quicker. The driver called me about an hour prior to arrival in Charlotte and delivered the car directly into my driveway. He walked me all around the vehicle to confirm no damage had occurred. He was extremely friendly and respectful. With this being the first time I ever used such a service, the nervousness about potential for what could go wrong hiring someone to transport a vehicle halfway across the country was high as I made the initial request. But given how quick and easy it was, along with communication that was delivered exactly as promised, I would not hesitate to use the service again.
