I had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct. I needed to swap the location of two cars and coordinate the pick-up/drop-off times around an upcoming trip out of town. I had shipped a car in the past with a different company and did not have a good experience. I was wary to go through this process again- and this time with two cars and a complicated timeline! As I reviewed different companies online, Ship A Car Direct caught my eye because of the helpful videos on their website. They seemed professional and efficient- and my experience with them confirmed that they are! Dale (my agent) was very helpful. He carefully reviewed my orders with me, recorded the dates, and found the carriers to pick up and drop off my cars in within the restricted timeline. He also gave me the best quote of all the companies I reviewed. Dale and both the drivers had great communication, and everything went off without a hitch. Great customer service and good price. I would use them again in the future!
