The company was in contact withus at all times - before pickup, as the car was picked up, as it was nearing our final destination, within 30 minutes of dropoff, and exactly at dropoff time. The time quote was accurate - in fact the car was delivered on the early side of the estimated arrival. Nathaniel was my contact person (954) 703 1105. He was prompt in answering my seemingly endless questions and even put me in touch with the driver Dmiry (267) 300-2224. I would definitely use this company again. The delivery price was in line with the others I contacted. The customer service was excellent here.
