Ricky was very up front about the delivery. The same day I signed papers he had the Lexus 470 picked up (Thursday) the car was delivered on Sunday. He had an accurate time line and they were on time. I felt the service was so good my brother in law is using Ricky to move his BMW from Naples FL to Illinois
