The broker took care of everything and kept me informed throughout the process. The carrier was a day later than promised when picking up the car due to a customer not releasing their car on time in Dallas, everything else went off without a hitch. Paid the driver when they picked up my car in Tulsa and completed payment when my car was delivered to Anchorage, painless!!
