My experience was good. The explanation of billing over the phone should include that the company places a hold on your debit card despite not CHARGING until a carrier is secured (as discussed). This caused some confusion for me when waiting to hear back on a confirmed carrier. Lance was responsive and cleared this up immediately and was extremely patient with my inexperience in shipping. I hated getting all of the phone calls once I put my info on but I guess that part is unavoidable. Overall, no wrinkles in this experience.
