COMPLETE SCAM

I contacted this company to have my vehicle from NY transported down to FL. Everything was schedule and set to go... THEY NEVER SHOWED UP ON THE DAY OF THE "SCHEDULED" DELIVERY. WE CALLED, AND CALLED, AND CALLED, AND CALLED AND CALLED AGAIN. NO ONE ANSWERED OR RETURNED OUR CALLS........EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I see that they charged my CREDIT CARD for the "SERVICE" that was NEVER COMPLETED. We disputed the the charge with the credit card company and apparently THIS SCAM ARTIST COMPANY has a 'CONTRACT' that some how made them charging my card for NO SERVICE acceptable by the credit card company. I wouldn't mind if they were a day or two late, or even a week... As long as the service was still provided but ... THEY NEVER PICKED UP MY CAR, NEVER ANSWERED CALLS... YET STILL CHARGED ME?!?!?!? ..SCAM SCAM... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. Its disgusting that these people could get away with things like this and still be in business. I am a business owner of MULTIPLE companies for over 30 years and I could never imagine scamming innocent people like this..

This complaint is invalid. The customer's explanation of the situation is inaccurate and misconstrued. We actually had a carrier the day after the order was booked. The customer asked us to hold off and that they wanted to change the transport date to the end of the month. Two weeks later, the customer called and said they wanted to cancel the order completely. It states very clearly in our shipping agreement, which is required of every customer to sign, that after 48 hours the brokerage fee is nonrefundable. It also states that once we locate a carrier for the transport, the service has been rendered and the deposit is nonrefundable. We are sorry that the customer is not happy with the outcome of this situation, but we have done absolutely nothing wrong. We would be happy to provide a copy of the shipping agreement and credit card authorization that was signed by the customer for this particular order.
