I did a lot of research before choosing Ship A Car Direct and my research paid off. I was looking to transport a Mazda Protege from New Jersey to California and had a specific date that I wanted the car delivered by. I had read so many horror stories that I was actually considering driving the car myself, and then I came across Ship A Car Direct. I was very impressed with their website and all the information it provided, which quickly allayed my fears. Jason was wonderful to work with and he was able to arrange to have my car picked up two days after I contacted him, and on New Year's Eve to boot! He was very patient with all of my questions and concerns and easy to reach by phone or email. I also received email updates every step of the way. The carrier that my car was assigned to, Unified Auto Transport, was a pleasure to deal with as well. The Unified dispatcher contacted me by phone minutes after I booked the transport, before I had even paid my deposit, and followed up with text messages. I was also contacted very soon after by the driver, who gave me his cell phone number and confirmed by text message as well. From the dispatchers to the drivers, everyone that I spoke with was professional and helpful and worked with me to get the car delivered as promised. Thank you Ship A Car Direct and Unified Auto Transport for a seamless transport and I will definitely be calling Jason again the next time I need to transport a car!
