Customer service was very good and able to answer all questions. They were patient and very explanatory. It took a little long to book a carrier, but the weather was poor during this period and it did include the New Year's holiday. Once picked up, it was almost like a direct delivery and was even a day earlier than projected. Overall, very good service. My only critique is that when it is taking a while to get a carrier booked, be proactive and notify the customer why it is taking long and confirmation that you are working it. Don't make the customer have to inquire. Overall, very satisfied.
