I had never had a vehicle transported before, so my dealer recommended a big company where I received a quote online and filled out the form. After a week of wasted time, but no assigned driver, I found this site and read some reviews on different transport companies. I then contacted 1Flat-Rate and spoke with Ray. He helped me understand the process of vehicle shipping and brokers and offered several suggestions for helping me get my vehicle as soon as possible; some of which did not even include his services. I really appreciated his knowledge and advice.

I ended up canceling my other shipping quote and going with 1Flat-Rate and I'm glad I did. Ray had a driver assigned in no time who picked my car up as scheduled and had it delivered the day after he picked it up! Everything was great.

What I learned form Ray is you can have your car moved really quickly or really slowly depending on the price you pay. If your quote is really cheap expect some lag time having a driver assigned, if you are in a huge hurry pay more for faster service. Ray helped me find the perfect price to get my Jeep relatively quickly without paying an arm and a leg. Thanks and would recommend!
