Professional, courteous, responsive, and accurate - given the reviews out there of other auto shipping companies, this result was way more than what I could have hoped for. Felicia was great, took the time to fully explain the process, and was available to my calls and responsive to my questions. And best of all, she was REALISTIC about what I should expect. I don't like surprises, and I didn't have any thanks to her. The local shipping company that showed up to pick up our cars (Philly Auto Transport) was also excellent. The driver was ontime for the pickup, was communicative about his arrival (both for pickup and dropoff) and dropoff actually happened about a day early (3 days total between pickup and dropoff). Some of this was due to being last on the truck and first off, but still the driver was excellent. Nothing but good things to say. I will use Auto Shipping Group again and will recommend them further.
