I needed to have my truck shipped from California to Illinois. I went on line and started checking out transport companies. I read the reviews and they were quite scary. I started getting quotes and calls from everyone promising anything that I wanted. Stateway Auto Transport gave me one of the lowest quotes and the reviews didn’t look too bad. I took a chance and went with them. They quoted me $795 but wanted $200 more because my truck had a 4 inch lift with big tires on it. I didn’t like that but I called around and they were all doing that. I set every thing up with Andy the service rep. I left my truck at my girlfriends house because I left 2 days before pick up to drive a U Haul pulling a trailer to Illinois. I was out on the road when the transport driver called me. He wanted more money because he said the truck was too big. I told him to call Stateway because I’m not paying you another cent. I called and left a message for Andy and he called me back within a hour. I remembered some of those reviews and got a little nervous. Andy took care of it and kept in contact with me for the rest of my trip. I didn’t pay any more money and my truck arrived 4 days early. If I ever need to transport a car or truck again, I would use them again. Thank you Andy and Stateway Auto Transport for getting my truck there with no damage.
