I needed to have a car transported from Florida to California. A called a few companies and a few 100 called me. All of them had a gimic with low prices. The company personnel from other companies that called me were rude, dishonest, and would lie about how long they were in business, and customers satisfaction. A few of them were also quite combative with me when I began to ask questions. I was ready to give up and drive the car 3k miles myself. A friend of mine who has a few businesses himself referred me to American Standard. I called them and got a hold of Nick. He didn't badger me with any gimics, lies, or promises. What he did do was give me the information that was factual to his company, factual information on how the process takes place, and what he could do for me. He was very expeditious, knowledgable and wasn't combative when I had a plethora of questions. He also has a nice young lady working for him named Heather who was courteous when calling me to update me and keep me abreast of the process- as I had to change the date 4 times- it was also comforting we had the same name :) lol.

Nick was never angry or rude with me when I told him it was my first time and I wanted some things specified between he and I. He even went to bat for me when a driver company called and said they wanted to take my car for me. The lady was rude and didn't have Nicks permission to call me. I called Nick told him how rude she was, he personally called her, told her she was not a company he wanted to work with, that he only wants reliable company's- I'm not sure what else he said to make that driver go away as he was always professional. Within 5 mins of hanging up after the first driver he calls me back and gives me a new drivers information, he told me when the driver would call. The driver called on the dot of when Nick said he would, it was the same driver. The driver confirmed his license number and was so courteous. Nick, Heather, and the driver all called to keep me in the loop as my car traveled for 3 days. Not only that but Nick got my baby (my car) into an enclosed trailer with no extra costs. When the driver arrived to California with my car he was very professional, shook my hand, introduced himself and gave me a receipt. Nick called after my car reached me to make sure I was satisfied. I was. I am definitely using them again, and I have also recommended American Standard to A few of the companies I work with nationwide !
