Talked to Joe on the phone, setc me up with a good deal that was cheaper than everyone else was quoting me...pickup was on time, driver had a difficupt time putting my car into reverse but that was only because of a special reverse lockout button . Delivery was on time, driver was in contact with me 24 hrs prior and when he was 30 min out from my place. Cat was dirty but that's expected when open transport is used.
