Joe was my sales agent and was extremely knowledgeable about the industry. He equipped me with a great deal of information to help me make an informed decision about a carrier. I went with Number 1 because of my interactions with Joe and that he worked hard to find a carrier that would accept a credit card payment up-front (as I was shipping the car to my son in CA). Rob was also very helpful in working with me on the logistics. Joe and Rob were always available and responsive and I had ZERO problems with the transport experience. I feel the price I paid was fair and would use Number 1 transport again.
