One of the heaviest obstacles our family faced when we decided to move from Jersey to California was how we were going to transport our secondary vehicles. The boxes were on there way but we didn't want to split up the family for two cross country drives. That's when I looked into a transporter for our 2012 Jetta . I'd never had a car transported before so I was very worried about the entire process. After searching around on the internet for a reputable company I stumbled upon American Auto Transport. I called them up and told them about our move.
The person on the other line was Angela and before even talking to me about rates she explained me to in great detail the process of transporting a vehicle and the safety measures they take to ensure your vehicle is safe. That alone could have swayed me to chose their company but once we began to discuss rates I was beyond impressed! A little over a grand for a cross country drive? Yes please! Even the quotes I'd seen online from other companies had me expecting to shell out well over two thousand dollars.
When the day came to leave it in their hands I felt confident that my vehicle would make it to California unscathed. And it did. Not only were they early, they let me know where and when to expect my vehicle to be during every step of the way.
What a relief! If I'm ever moving a vehicle again I won't waste time looking for a company, I'll go straight to American Auto Transport! Thank-you Angela!
