No Communication

After receiving an email (among many) in response to an online quote request, we left two phone messages for Sam. I then called again this time to request a quote from someone else and again it went to voicemail. Finally, thinking it was the holidays and people might be on vacation, I filled out an order form online. This time I got a prompt email reply from Sam saying he would be back in touch after he secured a driver. This was December 24th AM. On December 28th and 29th, hearing nothing, we both left a phone message (no one ever answered the phone at this company) and emailed. No response at all. Finally on the 30th we cancelled our order. We recognize the this was the holidays and drivers might be hard to find. But not responding is inexcusable.

Hi Mike, Per Sam's email we needed 7 days to get this picked up with the holidays ,and we would be in touch when we secured a driver. You placed your order online on Christmas eve the 24 ,and canceled it the 29. We are sorry we couldn't make this happen for you, and for any lack of communication with the holidays.
