Bill is the owner of the company, and I dealt directly with him throughout the deal. He sent me copies of "The Board" so I could see what the drivers bidding for my job saw, and he explained the process to me clearly. Bill charged me a reasonable brokerage fee and found a carrier who bid within the range he told me to expect. When I had difficulty with the carrier (Nations Transportation), Bill helped me sort it out quickly and effectively. Bill definitely does have an "East Coast Personality", as he puts it. He speaks very directly and not quite diplomatically, but he was consistently honest and transparent. I'd rather have a straight shooter than get the run around. Overall, Bill told me the truth and got me my car when I needed it. Very satisfied.
