Montway subcontracted our car to this Mickey Mouse outfit Quality Auto Transport There was absolutely no communication and the driver wouldn't answer our calls. It was suppose to deliver on Sunday and never got to us until Wednesday-10 full days. This guy's vehicle broke down somewhere and our car probably was loaded on and off. There was a dent and chipped paint in the roof and the front bumper was completely scraped up, I was also told the under carriage was damaged when I had the car serviced. The estimate for repair was $800 which was under their deductible and they wanted us to settle for half the amount. Their insurance company was aweful to deal with too.
