Great customer service, not so great delivery

Called and spoke with Martha and she was superb! I have no complaints and she was stellar.
When the driver picked up the car, the truck was about two hours late, but that didn't cause too much of a problem. The delivery time to cross the country was stated to be 7-10 days. They picked up the car on a Friday morning and delivered it Monday afternoon which was surprising.
However, the delivery driver only gave one-hour advance notice that they were dropping it off, and this was the first notice that the car was in the drop-off area. That required some scrambling because the delivery was unexpected. When I finally got to the drop off point, the delivery driver was extremely hurried and rushing me to get everything done and nearly tore the drop off notice out of my hand before I finished signing it.
Beyond that, it was a great experience and if I ever ship a car again, I would go through Auto Shipping Group.
