Lack of communication

While I will use Transport 123 when I need a transport, they need to do a better job with communication.
They were on top of things and in constant contact up until they had my signed contract. Then I had to call them more than once to find out who was going to pick up the vehicle and when. First available date was 11/25 and the vehicle was never picked up till 12/8. Then it took until 12/16 for the vehicle to be delivered.
