This was the first time that I shipped a car and I was very skeptical. Initially I went to a website that put my e-mail address out there and I was contacted by numerous companies and I didn't feel comfortable with any of them. I decided to look around and read reviews. Ship a Car Direct had great reviews so I decided to call them. As soon as I spoke to Matt I felt like he was very genuine and down to earth. He grew up near where I live so we were able to have a good conversation and he quickly gained my trust. He was very helpful and the price he quoted was exactly what I was charged. As for the transportation service, the driver was prompt and I was able to be in contact with him and his company throughout the process. The driver was very friendly and my car arrived in excellent condition. I will definitely refer this company if any of my family or friends ever need to ship their car.
