Right up front I will say the order was withdrawn for reasons beyond Door to Door Transport control, HOWEVER, I wished more companies had the honesty, frankness, responsiveness, and customer care that was demonstrated by Loretta of this firm. As a first time customer to move an auto, I was quickly dismayed and highly disappointed at the lack of transparency demonstrated by so many other companies. Door to Door was among the first to respond to my needs, kept in daily touch without being over-bearing, not high pressure, and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the industry (the pros and cons). I am sure the company will be surprised to get a complimentary review for not fulfilling the order but as a professional service provider myself, I can highly appreciate articulate, sensitive, and committed providers. A note to prospective customers - consider Door to Door Transport as best in class.
