I was extremely satisfied with Ship A Car Direct and would recommend them to anyone in need of an auto transport!

I had been trying to road trip it from Chicago to Salt Lake City in my brand new 2014 Smart Car when it broke down... twice. After multiple tow trucks, no guess at when my car would actually be fixed and nearing Thanksgiving, I finally called it quits and flew home- leaving my car at the dealership in Lindon, Utah.

I did my homework and called all of the top-rated transport companies on the consumer affairs website and various other sites. Ship A Car Direct was the last one I called, and I am so glad I did! They came in $25-$125 cheaper than the other companies I had tried. The other companies warned that if they had quoted me that low, the driver probably wouldn't end up showing up - well they were wrong!

Dale, my contact, organized everything within minutes. The car was picked up the next day, which was much faster than any of the other companies could promise. The car was delivered to me right on time, 3 days later, and Dale was on point and accessible throughout the entire process, sending updates and checking in to make sure the delivery went smoothly. The driver was very polite, and the car looked exactly the same as how I had left it.

I really can't express how happy I was with Ship A Car Direct and how lucky I feel to have found them! I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all of my friends and family. They brought a happy ending to an otherwise nightmarish road trip experience!
