The worst car transportation company ever !!!! The driver calls to tell me he all of the sudden has a problem with the clutch & he has 2 more cars to pick up and will be arriving Friday instead of Thursday. Then calls on Friday almost in the middle of the day to say now he will arrive "MAYBE" Tuesday instead of Friday. I send a email to Marlo Tatali an employee for direct connect about my discontent and she also answers the truck will be picked up by another driver. The I call the day after that and cant get a hold of her, so I write again about my discontent that she specified no new delivery time, did not even apologize for the inconvenience, or call to let me know that actually had picked it up !!! Then I called to speak to a manager and got a hold of Kimberely which is the dispatch manager who is just as rude and unprofessional as Marlo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this transportation company, they are the worst !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE OWNER OF DIRECT CONNECT AUTO TRANSPORT - JOHN COSTELAC CALLS ME TO QUOTE "THREATEN ME" SAYING HE IS NOT GOING TO DELIVER MY CAR BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW I LEFT ON THIS SITE AND THAT I HAVE TO GO PICK IT UP AT THERE LOCATION AND PAY CASH. HE STATES THAT HE THINK I AM GOING TO INITATE A CHARGEBACK AS SOON AS THE TRUCK IS DELIVERED. IMAGINE WHAT A SCUMBAG HE IS AND HOW MANY PEOPLE HE SCREWS OVER THAT HE THINKS THAT. NOT TO MENTION PUBLIC RECORDS SHOW - HE HAS BEEN ARRESTED FOR WRITING WORTHLESS CHECKS AND DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE TWICE !!!!! NO WONDER HE THINKS THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE THINKS EVERYONE IS A SCUMBAG LIKE HIM !!!!! I STILL DONT HAVE MY VEHICLE AND NOW IT IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE EVEN THOUGH I PAID IN FULL UP FRONT ! HE EVEN HAD MY ORIGINAL REVIEW ON THIS SITE DELETED,CLAIMING WE HAD NOT DONE BUSINESS AND I HAD TO SEND IN PROOF THAT WE ARE DOING BUSINESS AND THAT HE HAS MY TRUCK !!!! BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
