This was my first time having my car shipped from one state to another. I called Ship a Car Direct and I talked to a fine representative called Tom. He took me step by step through the whole process. From the very beginning to the end( from Florida to New York) I was assured everything would be handled properly. I must say I was very pleased. The driver was on time, he was polite and he assured me also that my car would be in New York at the time I needed it. And it was there! I was given the driver's cell phone number so that I could call at any time. Tom , the representative, was easy to reach also and he stayed in contact with me. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again and recommended them to my friends and family.
