Mike Mcloughlin was very helpful and he always stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. I did however have a problem with the first carrier that the was assigned to my account. First off the carrier delayed my scheduled pick up a number of times, to the point where I messed my my travel arrangements. Secondly, once the carrier made it to the pick up location the driver could not load my vehicle onto the trailer. They were given the ground clearance measurements and they said they would have no issues with it but that was not the case. The final straw was that while the driver was attempting to load my vehicle the trailer had a major hydraulic leak from a main line and no more than 5 minutes after that happened the truck engine broke down. After all of that I told the carrier that I was canceling the transport because I didn't trust them. I immediately called Mike and informed him of the situation. He apologized for what was going on and he said he was going to get everything squared away. With in hours Mike called me back and found another carrier within the area that was able to pick up my car with no issues the next day. I was greatful that Mike did that for me. The second carrier arrived on time and was very knowledgeable on how to load my vehicle onto the trailer. They were also delivered my vehicle in a timely manner with no issues what so ever. All of the issues I had with the carrier were quickly resolved thanks to Mike and Auto Shipping Group. Mike turned what started as a horrible shipping experience into a great one. I would highly recommend Mike Mcloughlin and Auto Shipping Group.
