From the date of signing contract for transport, the transport was picked up quickly, which I was very happy with.
The driver from Amador Hotshots, Emilio was awesome. He took care of things on the origination end, when the 24 hour noticed I requested was not followed through on, and he was extremely helpful and accommodating on the delivery end. He kept in contact with me, and even helped me tow strap the vehicle into my backyard at delivery.

My only complaint was with George in dispatch, who when I called regarding an email for pickup, which was without the 24 hour notice I requested, blew me off by not taking responsibility for contacting the primaries at the pickup location. He told me that is why they sent me the email, so I could contact them. IMHO, that was the responsibility of the dispatch, especially since that service was paid for up front.

I have spoken with Andrew about that scenario and he assured me that it would be addressed.
