Issue with Carrier

No issues encountered with Ship A Car Direct, just with the carrier that they provided. Five days after of the car was picked up, I gave the dispatch a call to see geographically where the car was. He refused to give a response and only that the driver would contact me 24 hours before the car would arrive. On day 9, I called again to see where the car was... same answer. Well I thought the purpose of having their number was so you can call the driver and see how things were. On the second call however, I asked him if he knew about the $30 rebate, knowing well that it had nothing to do with him. He simply said it was something that I had to ask the driver when he delivered my car. Anyways I only called twice to ask where my car was. When the car arrived, I was given only a 2 hour notice, not 24 like I was told twice.

Thanks so much for your feedback, Somatra! You are exactly right, we provide the driver's number so you can check in as needed! We have made note of the carrier's unhelpful responses, as that is not acceptable service. So sorry for the frustration, but glad it was delivered safely.
