DAS cares little about customer service

I dropped my car at the drop off point a week early to avoid my car being delayed. It sat on the lot for 5 days before I noticed no updates on the move. I called DAS and they said that it hadn't even been put into the system! Be aware that their policy is to check every two weeks to see why a car is not in the system. They tried to use every excuse in the book. I guess this is what you should expect when your drop off and pickup points are impound lots? On the 6th day it was put in the system for scheduling and was picked up 2-3 days later. It was 3 days late. They tried to offer me a 4% discount ($25) for my "inconvenience". They would not budge on giving anything more even though it cost me several days in a rental car ($$$) for their mistake. They would not even apologize for the mistake. My car also had several chips on the paint and was very dirty on arrival. I have received no communication once the car was picked up about the damage. Their "tracking" will only state it is transit, though the sales person acted like they would give GPS updates.
