The transport was completed successfully, but a couple of challenges were encountered. The driver of the carrier apparently had overlooked information on the docket concerning the size/weight of the truck being transported, so the issue of compensation was in question, however Chell Hart and Lance Staab of the Auto Shipping group upheld the original quote. The other difficulty came about when the driver arrived two days early for the drop off- before the scheduled arrival date. Because of the early arrival time it was a challenge for the person picking up the vehicle to make it to the delivery point before the driver would leave. Luckily Lance was able to assist in ironing out details/coordination for the pick up and the delivery proceeded.
