Terrible Communication/Very Late

Vehicle was 10 days late. Automated system tracking of DAS consists of seeing/hearing that your vehicle is "in transit" or "late". No customer service after 6pm weekdays and none on weekends. Even calling during business hours, more than once, I would get told by an automated system "if calling during regular business hours, call back" and it would disconnect. Once the vehicle was late we were told on two different occasions (days apart) that it was scheduled to be in Illinois "the next day" only to find out a week later that it was still in Nebraska. Vehicle was being shipped to Bob's Main Street Auto in West Bend, WI and although their staff tried to help (and was great) they didn't even have information on the shipment until the day before it arrived so don't count on your destination being any more informed than you are. Only reason customer service rating and knowledgeable rating was above "poor" was because the people were all very nice/polite/seemingly trying to help when you could reach them.
