Just Excellent! If you want peace of mind go with Numis and don't mess with any other company out there. Vivian was great and the truck driver who came to pick up the car made me feel very comfortable and I had no worries when he left with my vehicle. It was picked up on the day Vivian said it would be and the truck drivers company called me and gave me an estimated time as to when they would arrive to pick up my vehicle. Mine was 12:00pm and they came at 11:30am. On the day of pickup the truck driver will call and let you know he's almost there. Vehicle was picked up on Wednesday from Chula Vista, CA and arrived in Colorado Springs, CO about 2:00pm on Friday which is what the driver told me but didn't make promises. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition and the driver called me once the vehicle was delivered. Also I just want to say that the truck driver said I could of put 100lbs of personal items in the car and not be charged, but nothing over that. So if you want to put personal items in the car make sure you ask the truck drivers company what their policy is.
