Searching around for a auto transport company, I felt like most companies only cared for the money more than actually caring for my experience until I came across First Rate Auto Transport. Nicole made me feel like she cared for my vehicle and the experience I had for this very stressful move to a new state. Although her price wasn't the cheapest, i thought i could trust her input because she thoroughly explained why she priced me at the amount that she did and informed me of the whole process of how vehicles are shipped. She put my stress at ease. The carrier she found for me did a fine job. They arrived on time to pick up my vehicle and delivered my car within the time frame they said they would without a single scratch. If i ever need to transport my car again i will definitely be calling Nicole at First Rate Auto Transport and i would recommend her to all my friends and family.
