A problem arose with my car prior to them arriving, making the driver uncomfortable loading my car as operable. So pick up was rescheduled for a later date with a truck that could haul it. Would of preferred the pickup a day or two sooner then the eventual pickup date. Other than that the company and the haulers were very pleasant and got the job done well.
