Autostar was mostly helpful with the whole vehicle shipping process, And were quite accomodating when it came to switching pick up and delivery dates due to my move. Unfortunately the carrier that picked up our car didnt speak great english and wasnt the friendliest. They made it quite inconvenient to set up both the pickup and dropoff times and I was required to leave work to have my vehicle shipped. Alll in all it might be easier to cut out the middle man and find somebody you can actually depend on to move your vehicle Instead of letting autostar find whoever.
