I submitted my initial quote request on 10/18 and received a quote from Wendy of Auto Shipping Group quickly. At the time I was not quite ready to commit to a date, and she was very understanding and did not push me to set up the shipment then and there. Over the next few days I received multiple calls and emails from other companies, some of which were very pushy and unprofessional. As I got a better idea of when I wanted the shipment to go out, I called Wendy and asked a lot of questions, to which she was very helpful. This was the first time I had transported a vehicle, so I was quite worried initially. Wendy gave me very clear answers and actually made me aware of some of the false statements that other transporters had made, including some of them saying that the vehicle could be loaded with personal items in the back seat/trunk.

When I committed to using her service, she immediately followed up by sending along the documentation for me and was able to find a carrier within 24 hours. The car was picked up 2 days later and delivered yesterday. Throughout the shipment, Wendy was in touch with me on the status of the delivery, which was very nice of her to do.

When all was said and done, this turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend Auto Shipping Group and Wendy if you are looking to have a vehicle transported.
